Mr. S.C.Naidu graduated from the University of Mumbai and started practice as Labour Law Consultant in Labour and Industrial Courts in Mumbai and Thane in 1978. he enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa on 11th January 1984 and registered as an Advocate on the Original Side, High Court, Bombay.

In addition to Labour and Industrial practice he set up his practice in diverse courts and appeared before High Court Bombay, City Civil Courts, Small Causes Courts, Co-operative Courts, DRT as well as Consumer Forums.

He also presides as an Arbitrator in Mumbai. He currently practice as an Advocate at High Court Bombay in Civil, Constitutional, Labour and Service Laws. Has appeared as Special Counsel for State of Maharashtra, University of Mumbai, Food Corporation of India and other Government and Semi Government Corporation.

He is on the Advisory Board of several leading Hospitals and Educational Institutions and Social Service organisations Member of Labour Law Practitioners Association, Mumbai and Thane Bombay Bar Association, W.I.A.A.
